Letter keyboard shortcuts (e.g. J for Job) stop working after a while.

I've seen that in my own game but not for a while.
Do you have any lastexception files in this folder: documents\electronicarts\thesims4\ ?

Could you zip them and attach to your post ?
Not sure if you can attach a zip file. If not, attach the newest ones as txt files.
They might have something to do with the error but could be something else. Would help the devs though
