In sims4 parenthood my parents won't put down my newly aged up toddlers

Once I've aged up to toddler my parents won't put them down anywhere including in the toddler beds or the floor. What can I do?

No the issue is still there but I got so annoyed I gave my toddlers away to a vampire 😳
