will my purchased games be available if I get a new pc

I have bought the game and a lot of the expansion packs, However, my pc is on its last leg and i'm looking to get a new one. I just want to make sure that i will be able to download them onto my new one.

yep if they are registered  then on your new computer download Origin once downloaded and installed  from the Origin shortcut icon double click it to launch it then log in with the email and password you use for your account right click the game icon download

however store items lots/sims/store content for example clothing/hair/sets/worlds those you will need to log into your the sims 3 account mystore account-purchase history download from there and then install

and last but not least if you have a portable usb drive you can back up your stuff saves if you don't want to start over again and any sim/lot you made you can just install them on to the new computer once your game/s are installed
