My account was flagged and now I can't login in to my page on the sims 3 website and I cannot log in to my account when playing my game, has this happened to anyone before?

@lcohan I would recommend that you contact EA customer support to confirm the status of your account. Link to CS - EA customer support If your account is banned EA customer service can not unban the account EA customer service should be able to tell you who to contact about the issue. If your computer is a pc did you try to delete the browsing history in IE? The game uses IE to communicate so you have to delete the browsing history in IE.
