why are so many of my of my purchases not showing as registered?

Under "my games"  it shows I have 7 when in fact I have all but "University Life" and "into to the future".My stuff pack is only missing one, and my worlds are accurate.

 Is this a glitch? If so I need to know how to fix it. Thanks.

Where exactly are you checking this? On the Sims 3 website or on Origin? In both cases, have you registered/redeemed the product codes for the packs/expansions?
