where can i find the sims 3 island paradise registration code?

I bought the Sims 3 Island Paradise expansion pack online and when i try to install it, it requires a 20 digit registration code that they say is in my conformation email. i went to the email and cant find any 20 digit code. Where can i find it? thanks

Check on the origin client.

Right click on the game and choose Show game details. The code should be there

If it's not there, log out and back in and/or restart Origin
