what should I do when my payment keep fails?

I've been waiting for this sales forever
And now as the origin offer discounted prices for it,
My credit card keep fails.
I dunno why and I am so frustrated.
My card is visa and I am sure I have more than enough to pay for it.
I have been paying overseas payment with this card quite some times before.
Can somebody help?
