unable to connect to origin. please help!

I've been having this problem for months! I researched it it said turn off fire wall. I've done that. and it still says unable to connect to origin. Please help me! I have a Toshiba Windows 8. Thanks!

make sure nothing is blocking the connection (firewall, anti virus, another program)

also make sure you have proxies turned off

Control Panel --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN Settings --> Untick Proxy Server

I have disabled my firewall & avg. I have unticked proxy server & still not working.

try right clcik the Origin shortcut run as admin and the base game icon run as admin restart the computer

 

i'll search around and see if i can find something else that may help and or post in the helpers corner to see if anyone has other ideas suggestions
