when i installed disc 1 there was no problem until installed LATE NIGHT,now when i insert disc 1 it says disc authentication problem please insert late night disc

There's not really a disc 1,2, 3

There's one for the base game, one for Late Night and one for high end loft stuff.

So, when you play with all three installed, you'll need the late night disc to play the game. Just put that one in and you'll be fine.
