the sims 3 code

I bought a used sims 3, and whenever i go to activate it on origin it tells me "this code has already been used" ...sooo what do i do so i can play?

used/2nd hand gams if th eprevious owner regestired the code to their account there is nothing CS can do about this a sthe code is tied to that persons account a code can only be registered to one account If the code was already registered to another account it cannot be registered again to a different account

see if you can get a refund from whom you bought it off
