t sims 3 starter pack wont download

i bought the sims 3 starter pack and whn i enter origin and goi to my games and attemot to download the game it says we have encountered a problem and give me this error code 196632:0    why is that and how can i fix this please help me thank you !!!!

I found a lot of things and the main suggestions seem to be this:

• Is your Origin updated? (there was a patch in the last 24 hours, did you download it?) 
• Check that your anti-virus programme isn't blocking Origin

Try the following: 

1. Manually uninstall Origin
2. Run CCleaner
3. Restart your router/modem and do a Clean Boot
4. Make sure that your UAC is enabled and set to notify
5. Download the latest version of Origin and install the client
6. Add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports
7. When starting Origin, please make sure to run it as Administrator
