sims3 new day new problem ç_ç

yesterday i installed the sims3 on my new pc, i also installed EP supernatural

yesterday in this page and on game's main page i saw the EP, is registered in the site sims3.com,

but now i can't see the EP in origin or in game ç___ç (i see it only on the site)
