Hello i keep getting an unrecognized video card message all the time idk how to fix this problem my gpu is an Amd Radeon R9 390X

@TheSuperWolf100 You will have to edit the .sgr files in the Sims 3 core files. Here is a link for how to do this - how to get sims 3 to recognize unknown video card Make a backup of the files before you edit them.

Mate i tried it The R series an't supported and i also got screen tearing :/

@TheSuperWolf100 You have to edit the files to make the game support the AMD (ATI) R series. Do you get found 1, matched 1? Tearing is usually cured by graphic adapter settings. Do you have double buffering enabled?

@TheSuperWolf100 The HD series are older cards - you have to create or edit an existing entry to/for the newer class of cards. Then add that class to the rules file. To properly do this you will need data from the dxdiag tool and some knowledge of the video card performance - I would guess your card would be uber but could be high (IDK). I would have to do some research.
