Yesterday i bought the sims3 Dragon valley from Walmart. it took a while to figure out how to install it on a Mac computer. I finally typed in my code in the redeem code section on thesims3.com and clicked install for dragon valley when something popped up saying internet explorer or firefox had to be used instead of safari. I then tried to download a free version of firefox or internet explorer. During this my sims 3 page timed out or something because it asked me to retype my password. once i did that, i had to retype my code in and thats when the website said my code was already used. I'd be okay with that except for the fact that i dont have dragon valley download so i can't play it.
I looked for help on the sims website and a few others but i couldn't find anything. I even looked on google, but found nothing. Here i am asking if someone can please help me with my problem?
