sims 3 pets lost installation code

My old computer died losing all my information on it. I have installed my Sims 3 game on my new computer,  and am trying to install my Sims 3 PETS. I can find my cd and case but cannot find the booklet that comes with it that has the code on it that you need to install the game. It is registered to my account on the Sims web site. Is there any way to retrieve it from there or does anyone have a telephone number to call about it? Thanks

If it's registered to the Sims 3 site, customer support can get you your code.
