sims 3 pets completely black

When I try to create a pet in the sims 3 pets , they are all solid black, it would be nice if It got fixed, thx!

Hey! I'm having the same issue. Pets played fine until I added the generations expansion. When I play without generations, it still does it. Not sure what to do

@JudNels0n The I3 cpu is the weakest of the Intel I series cpus. There is no turbo speed. Even the burst speed of 2.16 is below minimum requirement. The integrated Intel® HD Graphics is very weak. These integrated graphics chips are known to have issues with some Sims 3 packs. The graphics chip does not have any DEDICATED memory - what it have is memory borrowed from main memory which is slower then true dedicated memory and shares this memory with applications (the game). While under minimum spec computers may play the game, problems may occur at any time.
