sims 3 not loading, stays on start screen

Hi, I have recently re-installed Sims 3 on my computer with 3 expansion packs, Pets, University Life, and Supernatural. The game has not loaded, it stays on the blue screen with the green diamond and does not move and further than that. When I click on the game in Origin Client it says there is something loading with the loading bar at 100%. This is very frustrating and would love to have this fixed. Thank you!!!
