sims 3 dragon

   the sims 3  dragon valley, when I try to install says " we are not able to process your request", I am wondering why I am required to log in to download this. I have loged in, processed the installing key but it seems I cant get pass this point.

Also once and If i do get pass this will my sister be able to play the game as well, or the code is only for one person?
