sims 3 and sims 3 world adventures gone after medieval download

I recently downloaded the sims mediaval along with the medieval pirates and nobles as a package. I have had the sims 3 and the world adventures expansion pack for years, and now it's gone from my computer. Does anybody know if there's a way to get it back, like if I uninstall mediaval? I downloaded it from the ea website instead of buying it in a store so I can't reinstall it from a disc or anything and I no longer have the same email account that I had when I installed it originally. Is there anything I can do to recover the sims 3 and/or world adventures? I would so much rather have the original than medieval!
