I have lost my sims3 password because i haven't played for many years. They give me the option to answer a security question but i have no clue.
When i try to access help, the 'select support option page' comes up but it's not functional. The Request Live Chat and Request Call buttons DON'T WORK. They are greyed out. I can't do anything until i sort this out. And i can't even access help.
I have cleared my cache ( I have a late model mac) and held the off button for 30 sec, leaving it off for a few minutes.
Is anyone else having this issue??

Even though this is the Anthem game forum, not Sims. I think I can help to a degree.
One of our Community Managers EA_Tom had written up a wonder guide that might solve your problems. He keeps it up to date and was last edited 6-14-2017.
