I registered my game two years ago, all of a sudden it is telling me it is not registered anymore and I don't know why.
I also had three different games saved on it and none of them are there anymore.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it?

Are you sure you're using the same email address ?
If so, you need to contact a Customer Support game advisor for this
