registering a game

I bought the sims 3 world adventures from origin a few days ago however it will not automatically register with the sims 3 store like it should. How do I fix this?

this seems to have cropped up for a few people the main thing is you have it registered in your origin ? then it's registered just not showing up on the sims 3 mypage for you ? did you manage to download the explores loot reg reward Explorer's Loot   if you did then the site recognizes the game is registered if not then contact CS to see if they can assist they might be able add manually
