Sorry for my english...
I bought the sims 3 today, its a new game, not used, i have the bill from the store to prove it.
When i am registering the game online it tells me that the code is not valid but its the one i have in the cd box.
I can send you whatever you want to prove what i am saying.
Can you please help me, i spend 40 euros and thats not fair... if i have made a copy it would be the same......
I will wait for your answer.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
