I bought a new computer and am trying to download my sims content from my account (I have quite a bit of stuff) and the download button shows up but it won't do anything. How do I get my stuff downloaded to my new computer?

Hello sarahheartssims,

It's possible that your firewall is blocking the download. Also, which browser are you using?
