purchased season expansion pack but can't download russia

I purchased sims 3 expansion pack for season and it comes with Oh mother Russia and I tried to redeem the code but it doesn't show up on my purchase history so I can't download it

did you redeem the code in origin that won't work as sets and worlds are sims 3 DLC content, or the sims 3 site ? DLC codes are redeemed in the sims 3 account once redeemed there  go to purchase history-my store account download and install

if you did redeem on the sims 3 account sometimes it can take a few mins to show up try log out and log back in
