Hi I previously had an origin account but my computer stopped working and I had to uninstall it and then i lost my sims 3 game ! but today i found it and when i downloaded origin and entered the product codes it wont accept it as theyve already been used please help ive already asked EA for help but they told me io had to get them to call me

are you logged into the account you owned these game with?

Also if you mean by finding your game that you have your game disc you can chat with CS and tell them that you have the CD with you and that you can send a photo (if you can get a photo of it) of that disk and on paper beside the disc you put your name and support case number, to show them that you do own this game and you need a new registration code because yours isn't working.

I have had to do this twice when i lost my serial codes, have the discs but lost my codes.
