problems on your site with video-clips on Youtube

i looked at the last post onSupernatural and wanted to look the trailer but NOT ONE clip that is related to the Sim's isnt opening.Its also sayng that Adobe player crashed but even after sending report is not geting better and didnt find where to let the people from EA know that....i looked at other clips on You tube and they work normaly ,EXCEPT those from Sims ..
