origin says i have pets installed but when i start the game i don't have nothing from the expansion

@alejo952  Is your computer a pc or mac? When you start the game is PETS checked in expansions and stuff in the launcher? Where did you buy the pack?

1.Open the Game launcher 

2.Go under the expansions/stuff packs tab

3.Make sure you have Pets checked off
