I cant pre order the Sims Seasons, whats wrong with my account, who can help me ?

 

the options to contact the help are greyed out Frown

Are you sure your credit card is ok? You've written numbers correctly and all?

 

Just that "payment authorization failed" usually means that theres something wrong with the payment method you're using, account should be just fine.

You need to chosse a game, a platform and a catgory for the options to be un-greyed.
