in my game when i go to play it and i click on my sim to talk to other sim nothing comes up but then they do it on there own and i have don everything from troubleshooting and downloading my game again and origin so could anybody help me thank u so much
Your specs are a bit low but you should be able to play the game.
Try updating your graphics drivers as yours are from 2013. Go to the Intel Download Center: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ to check for new ones.
