my sims 3 is not loging me in [ Edited ]

when i oppened my sims 3 it said i was loged off(sorry for my english)then i tried to log in i put my correct info email and password it dissapears for a second then comes back but it doesn´t log me in can anyone help?

Are you trying to log in using the launcher of the game or inside the game?

In case you are having issues with the launcher, please, close it and clear Internet Explorer's cache following the steps you will find in this thread. After that, try again.

If you are having issues when logging in inside the game, could you try to log in through the launcher? Does it work there?
