my sim wont go to work at the hospital

My sim won't work when I tell her to. I tried resetting her, deleting and replacing the hospital, I tried reloading the game. I even had her quit the job and start over. Its her lifetime goal so she needs this career. I'm using dragon valley and have never had this problem in other worlds. The is driving me crazy. What do I do? Please solve or put it in a new patch. I won't change towns because I've created so much here now. Please help me.

she might have a corrupt work outfit take your sim to the dresser and give her a new work outfit  if she already has more than one delete the extra ones instead
