my product key doesnt work

Hey

 

I bought my The Sims 3 two years ago. 

But now i have no CD drive anymore and want to download it on Orgin.

But they said that the key is allready used what can not be.

So i want to register it on the offical web site of The Sims 3. 

It doesnt work too, they mean the key is allready used. 

what should i do ?

Did you register it before ? If so, there's no need to do it again.

 

Login with the account you've registered the games on and find them in myGames on the Origin client to download.

 

If you never registered, you need to get in touch with a customer support game advisor

 

 

Game advisors can be found through live chat.

 

  1. https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ 
  2. Set your language to US at the bottom
  3. Click on Contact a game advisor 
  4. Describe your issue with a few words
  5. Click on Find a Solution
  6. Select Product: ex: The Sims 3 or Origin
  7. Select Issue Type: ex: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
  8. Select Platform: PC
  9. Click Find solution
  10. Scroll down and click I still need help
  11. Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
