my hair problem!

i bought a hair on the sims store for 100 simcoins. when it finished downloading it popped up a sign that it was an error. i tried to download it a few times more but the same sign was popping up. now ive losed 100 simcoins and did not get the hair what should i do??

There's a log which can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log
