luncher gets a error

ever time i try to open my game the luncher gets a error during set up and ive tryed literly every thing like reintalling all of my games getting backups makeing other shorts cuts deleteing things ect. can you please help me

Is your computer a pc or mac? Do you get an error message? If you have a pc what antovirus are you using?
