lost sims 3 seasons disk

I have lost the disk and cannot play game. I tried to register my game on sims 3 and it says code invalid! how can I play the game without the disk?

if the game is regestired in your origin account then just download the digital version of your game so check the game is in your origin account first you will need to uninstall the disk verson  from control panel programs and features then check for left over files and regestiry keys

and in case you get the DLC compability alert ignore that and do this  to be able to install the download version without reinstalling despite that message, do not click on the download button in origin click on the “i” (information) button  this will open another window that also has a download button click on that to install
