invalid registration/ Regitration issue

Registered Games through Origin, then when I go to SIms3 community. the Games are not on my account. Cannot download items from exchange or get the most out of my game usage. PLEASE HELP> I had trouble orginally installing the games. It would not let me into the sim3 community after redeeming codes for games. on origin.

It may take some time for the game/pack to show as owned on my page at thesims3.com. If after some time the game/pack does not show as owned you will have to contact EA customer support at EA customer support
