Hello I was wandering if somebody can help me I bouth a ame call sims 3 by origin I did all what they said but I couldn't install the game in my pc, I put the code and all staff but whe i put dowland nothing happened ....

I also speak spanish

Did you download the client here: http://origin.com/download and download from myGames or are you trying to download from your purchase history on Origin ?
