i need 2 new product codes

hi, i brought two sims 3 games at a second hand games shop, and unfortunately the previous owners have used the product codes, the games i brought were, the sims 3 base game and the master suite stuff pack, is there a way i can get two new codes for these games?

2nd hand/used games codes are non transferable nor can they  be reregestired to another account if the original owner redeemed the codes in their account the codes are tied to that account
