i lost my sim 3 into the future and island paradise serial code

Their  was a problem with my sim 3 and i had to uninstall it all of my expansion pack and my base game. but  a few months ago i lost my dics cases for sim 3 into the future and island paradise that had my serial codes inside them. And i dont know what to do? Please Help!

if the games are registered log into  your orign account-mygames tab-right click the game icon-view game details click on that a window should pop open with  the code
