i lost my redeem code, how can i download without it

I redeemed my game already but I had to fix bugs on my computer and it wiped out all my sims games. Now its asking for my redeem code for the sims game I already redeemed. So I don't know how to download the game without it

@gallygirl56 Did you have the games in Origin? If so all you have to do is log in using the same login and password you used before.
