i bought the sims 3 on origin as well all sims seasons and one other. my computer later had to be wiped clean and i can not figure out how to get them back please. i need step by step instructions.

Log into Origin (or download it, if it is not already on your computer) and check under the 'My Games' tab for your purchased games.
Please make sure you have "Show: All Games" in MY GAMES selected. Have also a look at "Hidden Games" because manually hidden games will not appear in the "All Games" view.
You'll then be able to right-click on the game image and if a particular game is not already installed on your pc, you'll see the option to download.

Hi,
I have already bought Sims and I am trying to redownload it.
On my Origin account there is nothing on my order history nd nothing in 'My Games'.
Please help, I really want it back

are you logging into the right account ? as some people have 2 accounts or try logging into orign with the same email and password you use for the sims3 account a sthe sims3 and origin accounts are tied together

I have purchsed and downloaded spore previously but recently had to erase my computer. I redownloaded origin and found the game but it only has the option to play and not to download and when i click play it starts for a second and then closes any help would be awesome.

sometimes uninstalling origin and then reinstalling origin can fix that issue or try upgrading to origin beta version
Launch Origin and log in with your account
- Click Origin in the top left (main menu)
- Select Application Settings
- From General tab, scroll down to "Update to the beta version if available" and tick the checkbox
- Restart Origin

Are you sure you have downloaded the origins app to your new pc, not just checking on the Origin Website. Make sure you click on the top right corner of the website where it says"Download Origin.
... also, under order history on the website, in top right corner, there is a drop box. Make sure "all" is selected. I am currently downloading my Sims on another PC.... no issues.

I had a similar issue with sim city. What I found to work was right clicking on the game, and then clicking 'repair game'. it went through a phase of 'verifying files' then when it worked out what was missing it began to download.
Try this and see if this works,
