how can I register my games on Origin? [ Edited ]

I have registered my games but only 5 games show on Origin and I try to play my Sims game and the computer shuts down and windows comes on with an error message.  Don't have time to read the whole message but how can I registered these games on Origin.  Maybe this will help or maybe I will have to register each one again.  Even Barnacle Bay doesn't show up and I bought this online through the Game.  Please help.   Thanks
