help! serial number

Hey everyone..

I started playing the sims a coupe of years ago and I bought the main game and 3 addition, after 2 years, I am trying to play it again but it won't allow me.

When I type in my serial number it doesn't recognise or says that has been used (by me when I first installed the game).

Do any of you know what should I do to play it again? I miss the sims lol

@lucadimarco1991  Once a code is entered that code is locked to the account in use at that time. As this is an open public forum account specifics can not be accessed here. You will have to contact EA customer service about this issue - link - EA customer service
