help my SIMs games got erased

I bought the Sims 3 an quite a few expansion packs I have a lot of money out into this .my computer crashed an when I got it fixed I signed on to my origin to 're download my SIMs an all of the expansion packs an it said I did not have them.I did not wright Down the product codes down because I did not think origin an ea would rip me off. I have hundreds of dollars in these games an I want them back now please!! I had seasons, pets, ambitions, island paradise, supernatural, late night, world adventures please some one help me.
