I have called support and we thought we fixed the problem.
but I have un-installed and re-installed all my Sims games and my game is still crashing.
upon re-installing it, a pop up came up stating that my graphics card may not be compatible,
here's the issue, my graphics card is not old by any means in fact it's one of best you can have.
I'm a gamer so my computer was built specially for gaming, so the graphics card is fantastic.
I'm assuming my graphics card is too good for Sims 3? which would be ridiculous!
has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way that I can make my game and my graphics card compatible?
