game not showing on purchase history

I pre-ordered sims supernatural and put in the code. It then told me to go to my purchase history. So I did...

But it wasnt there. I have now been waiting for nearly two hours and it still isnt there...

I may be my fault becaause I purchased the game on a different email.

Do you have an origin account with your other email ? Have you checked with that ?

Are you talking about the game itself or the limited content ? The game itself does not show up in your purchase history (unless there is one for Origin)

How did you buy the game ? Origin ?

i bought it from origin... the limited edition stuff has shown up but the game hasnt:catsad:

You download the game from MyGames on Origin.
