download website not launching in launcher, will not allow sign in

I am able to login as me on  Microsoft edge and google, but not in the game launcher. I bought the game via steam. Is there any way to  clear the cache so I can see the page correctly? I have no idea why it won't let me log in otherwise....

@bearblue1 What exactly happens or goes wrong when you try to log in?

Also could you please try the following: 

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to Tools - Internet options - Advanced
3. Select 'Reset' and check the box 'Delete personal Settings'
4. Restart IE
