direct downloading not responding?

i purchased 3 expansion packs on origion and i tried to register the games with the serial codes i received in my email inbox and none of them work and i dont know what to do somebody please help cause i just blew 123 bucks on sims and im gonna be pretty pissed if it doesnt start working. ive re-entered the codes each about 5 times and none of them are working, help me please

You have to enter them via thesims3.com not Origin.
