trying to install my sims 3 and the product code is saying it has already been used which it has on my old computer and was taken off now i still cant use it? aggravating me to the max please help! thanks in advance 
Where do you get the message ? When trying to activate on Origin or on installing on the blue window with the sims ?
For Origin
You don't need to re-register again. Simply login with your Origin account. The game should be there in myGames. If it's not, contact a game advisor
